Engineering can be described as a profession that contributes to the development of civilization and improves the living conditions of humanity by directing economic and social forces in line with the scientific thinking systematic and human needs. A well-trained engineer extracts concrete syntheses from all knowledge acquired through science, and creates feasible solutions and designs by making the best use of methods, time, environment, financial and physical resources and constraints.

To this end, the Faculty of Engineering provides comprehensive educational programs to develop graduates with outstanding knowledge and skills through hands-on work experience by means of close interaction with industry and government organizations, and prepares them for not only local but also global career opportunities. Our faculty aims to train entrepreneurial, creative and leading engineers by this approach. Some of our graduates have started their own business. Others work in reputable companies, institutions and organizations.

In addition to the technical education you receive in the field of your choice, we also aim at developing your social abilities and talents to help you become successful in your professional life. There are many student clubs in our University, including Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer Engineering, Game Software, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electric-Electronic Engineering, Future Tech, IEEE, Chess, Music and Theater clubs. You can obtain detailed information about these student groups on our university page.

Students who meet the necessary criteria are allowed to join a double major program, in which a student earns two bachelor degrees at once, or to a minor, in which a student gains an expertise to a certain level in another program. You can also take advantage of the Erasmus exchange program.

Most of our students have scholarships with varying percentages. Your scholarship awarded at entrance will never be reduced or canceled during your education. In addition, you can also benefit from the academic achievement scholarship if you work hard and raise your CGPA above 3.00.

During your education, you may need to submit some petitions to your department. You can find various ready-made forms for different petition types on the faculty page.
